These Terms & Conditions apply to the tbajee website (tbajee.ws) and all associated services. By accessing tbajee, registering an account, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy agree to comply with.
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. If you are under this age, please refrain from using tbajee. tbajee reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time; continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities

Accurate and complete personal information is required to create an account on tbajee. Verification of the mobile number or email address provided at registration is mandatory. tbajee reserves the right to immediately close any account registered with false information.
Each user may operate one account only. Creating or maintaining multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
Account Security & Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact tbajee support immediately.
Users are responsible for all activity conducted through their account. tbajee will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access where the user has failed to take adequate security precautions.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
The following rules are mandatory when using the tbajee platform:
- Attempting to hack any platform system or gain unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
- Automated betting through betting software or bots is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to steal another user's information or engage in identity fraud is strictly prohibited.
- Exploiting the bonus system or violating bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds is strictly prohibited.
- Copying, redistributing, or commercially using any content from this platform is strictly prohibited.
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and legal action where applicable.
Payments, Transactions & Account Policy
Deposit & Withdrawal
All transactions on tbajee are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawals must be processed through the same payment method used for the original deposit.
Deposits are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 1 hour of verification, though processing times may vary depending on your VIP level and payment method. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Tbajee may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Serious violation of terms and conditions.
- Evidence of fraud or system abuse.
- Providing false identity information or fraudulent documents.
- Extended period of inactivity (as defined by platform policy).
Upon account closure, any verified balance (where applicable and where no terms violation has occurred) may be refunded in accordance with the relevant policy.

Tbajee provides its services on an "as is" basis. tbajee will not be directly liable for any losses arising from technical issues, server downtime, or third-party service disruptions. tbajee also bears no responsibility for financial losses resulting from losing bets on Sports Betting.
Tbajee is not responsible for processing delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers. That said, the tbajee support team is always available to help if you run into any such issues.
Intellectual Property
All content on the tbajee platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is protected under tbajee's intellectual property rights. Copying, reproducing, or distributing this content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
